Based out of San Diego Niki brings over 16 years of experience and an EMT, 9 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and 7 years of Massage Therapy to all the work she does. She has worked with athletes at Southwest College, San Diego State University, University of San Diego, Grossmont High School District, EMW Foundation, Olympic Training Center (Chula Vista, Colorado Springs,) UCI BMX World Cup, Dew Tour, Woodward, Atavus Rugby Academies, USA women’s wrestling, USA Track and Field Pan American Games and ParaPan Games in Toronto Canada. 

Niki has honed a unique set of skills which she brings to each event she works, and individual clients she works with. Niki specialized in Sports Massage, Tui Na, Table Thai, and circulatory massage. Niki also incorporates cupping and gusha to increase performance.

Dr. Branden Yeo DC,CCSP

Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician

Dr. Branden Yeo was born in Redondo Beach and was raised in San Diego. He attended University of California, San Diego where he studied Physiology and Neuroscience; however, he knew there were other career paths that intrigued him. Considering Dr. Branden was always an active individual, he routinely participated in flag football, tennis, golf, and basketball games. In time, he found himself enduring sport injuries, which discouraged his active lifestyle. Dr. Branden sought out preventative care through Chiropractic and found his calling. Shortly after, he attended Southern California University of Health Sciences and graduated with the determination to help athletes of all ages perform at their optimal level.

Erika Novak is a Board-certified Acupuncturist, who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Pacific College of Health and Science (formerly called the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine), in 1993. Erika worked closely with Dr. Gary Matson, doctor of Osteopathic Medicine for 16 years, and as a volunteer with the UCSD Pain Clinic, where she lectured and participated in acupuncture research. Erika has extensive experience in treating acute injuries, chronic pain, autoimmune issues, environmental sensitivities, enhancing athletic performance and has helped many patients regain and optimize their health with holistic modalities including acupuncture, herbal and nutritional supplements; through diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications.
